Nestled 30 minutes away from downtown Oaxaca de Juárez, our agronomic rescue project addresses critical environmental and economic challenges.

Frequent forest fires and the scarcity of agave varieties essential for mezcal distillation have prompted our initiative.

Additionally, we aim to combat the lack of employment in the local community by fostering sustainable agricultural practices.
